We have just launched a new label at Brightwater Vineyards It is called Heroes of Humanity and it has a large charity aspect to it.
The proceeds of this wine will be donated to the Fifeshire Foundation – a well-recognised and well-reputed charity based in our home town of Nelson.
The Fifeshire Foundation is a charitable trust that gives temporary assistance to people dealing with issues such as poverty, unexpected unemployment, mental or physical health crisis, domestic violence or unable to make ends meet.
The administrational costs of the trust are completely covered by separate sponsors. This ensures that 100% of the money we donate is used to help people in need.
The trust does not give money to people. What it does is provide things such as clothes, shoes, eye glasses, food vouchers, firewood, furniture, fridges, school uniforms, baby car seats etc. It will pay items such as rent, power and water bills, doctors visits, disability aids and simple dental work.
By buying this wine you will become a Hero of Humanity.
